Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
• Regularly visit construction sites to oversee progress and ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards.
• Identify and solve problems that arise during the construction process.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Keep accurate records and reports using Excel, ensuring all project data is up-to-date and organized.
• Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of building houses, from groundwork to finishing touches.

Qualifications

• A passion for construction and a desire to learn on the job.
• Practical experience in building houses or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential for tracking project data and budgets.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
