Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for high end residential projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using SketchUp.
• Work alongside architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Stay informed on the latest design trends and materials to bring fresh ideas to your work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Interior Architect/Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and InDesign is essential.
• Excellent design and spatial planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including client presentations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
